ENAG Consulting is a registered Liberian Tax, Accounting & Audit Consulting Firm that has existed since 2014. We also provide payroll related services and have automated payroll computer. We have well experienced professionals with experiences in both public and private sectors including tax practices. Our professionals have provided tax consulting services for over 20 years and to over 100 companies including both local and international. Our consulting services cover Exploration and Drilling, Oil and Gas, Shipping and Stevedoring, Manufacturing, Casinos, Sports betting, Gaming, Merchandising, Agriculture, Construction, Hotels and Restaurants, etc. We don’t only provide Tax Consulting Services; we also provide Review and Compilation for our clients who do not have access to automation of accounting systems and controls.

We have a Payroll System that is tailored to the different fiscal compliances like Personnel Income Tax and NASSCORP Contributions, etc. We also prepare Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Tax Returns for Individuals and Companies, process business registrations for Corporations, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies (LLC) and Sole Proprietorships. In addition, we process Resident Permits, Work Permits, Semi Annual Reports with the Liberia Immigration Service (LIS) as well as Quarterly Statistics with the Ministry of Labour (MoL).

We are legally incorporated and registered under the Business Association Laws of Liberia and are tax compliant - making us earn updated Tax Clearance Certificates.

Our Firm has Tax Practitioners who are licensed by the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) and are part of the Liberia Institute of Tax Practitioners (LITP). Those ones who are Professionally Qualified Accountants are Licensed Members of the Liberia Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA), Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) as well as the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and are in good standing with regards to due payments.

We also on a time to time basis, consult with some recognized members of the Liberia National Bar Association when it becomes necessary.
